Training Instructor

The Training Instructor will administer the Environmental Management Training program for all employees in the service. Duties include but, are not limited to. Responsible for the Quality Assurance orientation and the on-going training of all Environmental Management Service employees. Responsible for orientation of all newly hired EMS employees insuring a comprehensive understanding of the Environmental Management mission, vision, and established performance measures. Ensures that all newly hired staff understands all established Environmental Management rules, regulations, and procedures regarding position expectations. Primary educator for the entire service. Identify training needs and develop training programs for all staff Evaluates training programs for effectiveness Will keep EMS staff current on medical center training and education requirements.
