About the role
The employee will serve as the facility management expert in supporting the park management initiatives. Performs and maintains asset inventories and condition assessments for the purpose of maintenance cost for annual and multi-year plans. Utilizes Facility Management Software System for cost effective management of park assets. Determines asset priority index, deferred maintenance costs, current replacement values and condition indexes. Determines and recommend project scope, goals and objectives and evaluates the need for professional consultation for design, development, review and evaluation of project documents. Prepares annual work budget plans for maintenance operations and exercises the full range of supervisory duties at least 25% of the time.
