About the role
The selectee will serve as a Management and Program Analyst (Contracting Officer Representative) in the Office of Field Operations, Forensic Service Division. Typical work assignments include: Researching and analyzing data, policies, procedures, or other organizational line program operation that requires evaluation to determine if stated objectives are being met. Serving as a Contracting Officer Representative for acquisition programs when contracting is required. Monitoring and verifying contractor performance and compliance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the contract. Providing guidance with the development of all required documentation, submission and tracking of Purchase Requisitions. Preparing briefing documents or executive summaries that highlight data analysis in a clear and concise manner. Participating in the preparation and presentation of briefing materials regarding procurement concerns, new initiatives, performance statistics and program improvements.
