Management and Program Analyst

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst and be responsible for developing, reviewing, analyzing, standardizing and evaluating managerial policies and procedures related to programs, and systems. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Planning and coordinating development, consolidation, review and approval of programs and budgets to support projects, programs and systems in the assigned program areas. Anticipating major problems, recognizes future needs and develops policies, standards, procedures and guidance.
