Civil Engineer

Complete in-house designs for reconnaissance studies, feasibility reports, designs, design analysis, construction plans and specification, and technical provisions for the general civil engineering features of district programs. Responsible for preparation of scopes of work, technical appendices, and government estimates for design fees and development of design criteria for Architect-Engineering (A-E) contracts Perform duties of COR and administer and maintain liaison throughout the contract life to ensure contract and schedule compliance, resolution of technical problems, and information is furnished in a timely manner. Establish, coordinate, monitor, and adjust project schedules and funding requirements for design and construction of all program projects.
