Civil Engineer

Conduct reviews for Biddability, Constructability, Operability, Environmental, and Sustainability (BCOES). Review project scopes of work and criteria to determine project type and feasibility. Review construction designs and plans to ensure compliance. Give technical guidance to lower-grade engineers in all phases of design and review. Work closely with Architect-Engineer and in-house personnel to resolve problems during project development Oversee Quality Assurance and conduct investigations, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
