FINANCIAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (PROJMGT)

Serves as a Scrum master for scrum teams utilizing the Agile Software Development methodology and responsible for planning, testing, revising, implementing, and maintaining an entire system or major portions of a complex financial system. Develops financial policies, procedures, and systems requirements. Applies financial systems policies, methodology, and practices to solve problems where clear precedents do not exist. Analyzes and evaluates procedures and policies related to financial systems. Identifies problems requiring further analysis and prepares recommendations. Initiates and prepares instructions on new or revised financial policies and system procedures. Analyzes IT projects and provides recommendations to development and execution of project management plans. Develops and plans and milestones to complete the projects.
