You will be responsible for development of the Real Property Master Plan through a methodical and collaborative process to provide a means for sustainable installation development that supports mission and environmental requirements. Develop and refine operational approaches involving construction, restoration, modernization, and disposal to effectively and efficiently support Army mission. Develop the installations proposed capital investment strategy (CIS) and Facility Investment Plan (FIP) project prioritization. Performing Army budgeting, programming, design, and construction execution timelines, requirements, policies, standards, and authorities to attain funding and execution of new construction, repair and modernization capital investments. Consolidate, documents, records, and submit comprehensive presentations, reports, and project data for each project in the Installation’s Capital Investment Strategy for Army Senior Leader consideration for funding. Develop comprehensive and
