About the role
You will serve as a structural technician who serves as a technical advisor in the broader and more complex phases of engineering directly relating to assigned functions. You will be responsible for developing, adapting, modifying and/or improving processes where there is little or no precedent. You will work with various shops and code program analysts to identify, develop and implement processes improvement initiatives. You will conduct independent engineering studies, investigations, research and analysis for the solution of unusual or unprecedented engineering problems in support of short and long-term projects. You will prepare and deliver associated training plans and products in the technical areas of work. You will prepare and direct the development of engineering reports and correspondence relation to specific work projects within the areas of engineering specializations.
