PROGRAM MANAGER

You will conduct formal and informal inspections and assessments of Navy Munitions Command Pacific East Asia Division subordinate units and detachments in conjunction with safety program policies, mission, and operations. You will initiate program assessments to ensure compliance with agency regulations, procedures and management practices. You will closely monitor and maintain liaison with the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) and NSC for safety training. You will provide assistance and subject matter expertise in developing, revising, implementing, and monitoring safety practices, policies, and training/certification programs to ensure compliance with U.S. Navy directives. You will track new data on assigned missions and ensures that appropriate elements are informed of changes in mission or functional activities.
