PERSONNEL SECURITY SPEC

You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the Personnel Security Program (PSP), Command’s Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP) and command-wide Security Clearance Management Program. You will implement higher headquarters (HHQ) policy requirements throughout the PHNS and IMF command, requests resources, integrates personnel security systems, programs and policies to identify and mitigate PHNS and IMF vulnerabilities. You will serve as the senior technical advisor on Personnel Security rules, regulations, and procedures for PHNS and IMF Department Security Coordinators, Supervisors and Managers as well as tenant commands, ships force and contractor personnel. You will directly administer functions associated with processing PHNS and IMF employees for security clearances, initiation of appropriate investigations, recommendations for approval of denial of emergency access and verification of clearances. You will review and evaluate the letters Proposing Su
