About the role
Conducts staffing plan reviews with management to ensure accuracy of data. Leads efforts to project current and future workforce staffing needs and strategic plans. Plans, coordinates, and/or attends events related to personnel recruiting including job fairs, career days, and appearances at conferences on behalf of the district. Prepares, analyzes and publishes a variety of reports related to workforce management actions and staffing. Prepares, manages, and conducts annual recruiter training; assigns recruiting leads to all colleges and universities within the district’s footprint; and provides program support to district recruiters. Coordinates with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) on the assignment, report dates, and required in-processing actions for newly hired employees.
