Food Service Worker

Portion, wrap, assemble and arrange salads, desserts, juice, jello, sandwiches and other menu items for patient tray line and dining room. Clean kitchen equipment, dining room tables, and chairs. Operate cash register which records headcount figures, prices for each menu item sold, and cash collected. Operate in accordance with safety regulations, powered and mechanical kitchen equipment to include potato peelers, slicers, mixers, grinders, scales and measuring devices. Set up, operate, disassemble, clean, and reassemble dishwashing machine after each use Load food trays into carts and transport carts to wards.
