Administrative Officer (Director)

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Oversees a staff that provides policy guidance, direction, and delivers a full range of administrative management functions. Represents the Deputy Administrator’s views and policies on program administrative, human resource, and financial issues, and assigns responsibility, delegates authority, and carries out much of the work through subordinate staff. Provides strategic counsel to the Deputy Administrator on financial, human capital, and administrative policy matters providing recommendations to the Office of the Deputy Administrator and the ERCS Leadership Team. On a daily basis provides senior-level expertise, advice, guidance, and assistance to senior leaders, managers, and program supervisors on a variety of highly complex, sensitive operational and/or management problems and issues.
