About the role

Coordinate the activities of multiple Project Delivery Teams engaged in Life Cycle Project Management of individual projects to ensure program objectives are met. Control and manage project budgets and schedules from a programmatic standpoint, assuring that District commitments to customers are met. Attend meetings with appropriate agency officials, designers, contractors, and representatives of using services to discuss and resolve problems that may arise. Negotiate and prepare contract documentation for new task orders and modifications for construction, design-build and Architect-Engineer services. Review reasonableness of cost, conformance with criteria, and compliance with policies and procedures. Resolve conflicting interests and opinions between the District, customer, proponent, and host national officials or their consultants. Ensure implementation of Programs Management policy according to ER 5-1-11 for assigned programs.
