Management and Program Analyst

Execute a full range of complex projects and programs, as well as a broad range of duties, in support of the Test and Evaluation mission. Accomplish a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of processes and operations. Communicate with all levels of supervision within the directorate on the integration and coordination of information in support of administrative and operational actions. Responsible for the management and execution of the Directorate’s processes and adherence to Aberdeen Test Centers (ATC) policies. Assists with the metrics, including reports such as: Reimbursable Labor Rates (RLR), Logistics Status (LOGSTAT), Hiring Status, Spend Plan, current Resource Forecasting Program, and other reports as developed or assigned. Oversees administrative and operational support related processes.
