SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Plans, organizes, and directs the support activities of the JOC, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities and functional oversight of assigned civilian personnel within the Administrative Branch and JOC watch floor personnel. Collaborates with the Support Division Chief to plan, organize, and oversee Division activities while representing the organization and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mission objectives. Serves as a Command Center Director (CCD), Senior JOC Watch leadership, or crew member. Leads and directs administrative processes, workforce management activities, and training development to ensure operational readiness and mission success for the JOC.
