PROGRAM ANALYST (CYBER)

Designs and conducts studies and analyses of plans, programs, and projects to identify and propose solutions to long standing problems associated with highly complex technical mission issues. Identifies and makes authoritative recommendations when scope exceeds delegated authority updates to plans, budgets, and schedules to resolve emergent challenges and more effectively address the program’s strategic objectives. Conducts financial analysis of projects, programs and directs analyses to define budget, project staffing requirements, contracting effort program, budget proposals, acquisition plans to ensure DISA and Department of War (DOW) goals and objectives. Manages the creation, execution and analysis of contracts to maximize financial and operational performance and minimize risk. Contract management duties ensure awarded labor, software, and hardware contracts are performing as expected. Utilizes DISA’s mission, and program objectives to interpret and apply DoW acquisition policies
