SUPERVISORY IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

Provides authoritative, professional, technical, and management direction in researching, interpreting, analyzing, and applying proper National and Defense Department telecommunications guidelines, policies, and regulations to meet customer needs. Performs administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff members supervised. Represents the organization among many other DISA and non-DISA organizations both technically and managerial. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policies and procedures, and resolves problems that arise. Serves as the Chief, Voice and Video Services with responsibility for providing leadership, advice, guidance, planning, development, management and coordination directly related to the activities of the Branch.
