SUPERVISORY MECHANICAL ENGINEER

You will provide all necessary managerial and administrative duties associated with the operation of the Branch, including Technical, Schedule and Budget oversight for all engineering documents that are prepared/issued in the branch. You will review completeness and accuracy of complex engineering calculations associated with various types of shipboard problems and repairs. You will serve as an engineering technical consultant and principal advisor to the Division Manager, on all cognizant matters related to the design and repair of deck machinery and hydraulics. You will implement and monitor training and development plans for all personnel in the branch and complete formal employee performance evaluations.
