MANAGEMENT ANALYST

As Management Analyst you will provide guidance and assistance to all elements in the use of management analysis techniques. Performs analyses of organizations, functions and procedures for the purpose of evaluating, developing and promoting improvement in management practices, methods and procedures. Provides management analysis and assistance counseling services to administrative and technical operating officials. Prepares quarterly program review and analysis system. Responsible for one or more management analysis programs. Appraises overall management needs of the District and formulates a management program. Provides guidance and staff assistance to operating officials in such matters as planning for organizational change management by objectives, research "state of the art" management practices. Provides guidance in the development of charts and narratives.
