FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will formulate budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, and present and defend budget estimates before authorities. You will review and evaluate budget requests, control, and reports of obligations and expenditures. You will develop, determine, and interpret budgetary policies and practices. You will analyze and recommend cost and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of the organization’s programs and administrative operations. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities.
