Management and Program Analyst

Conduct analytical and evaluative work in support of headquarters workforce management, including the development, maintenance, and oversight of the Joint Table of Distribution, Joint Table of Mobilization Distribution, and related manning documents. Interpret and implement federal regulations, human capital policies, and workforce guidance governing recruitment, acquisition, and retention of cyber personnel. Coordinate with organizational manpower and human capital stakeholders to ensure proper allocation and distribution of workforce resources. Analyze workforce data and generate manpower and organizational reports to support decision-making. Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers, command leadership, and higher headquarters on workforce management actions, staffing strategies, and position management. Develop recommendations for workforce planning initiatives, staffing strategies and compliance with federal workforce management requirements.
