SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as the senior advisor for military manpower issues by providing policy, expertise and technical guidance to subordinate commands and Directors/Chief of Staff. You will serve as a senior liaison and advisor to US Fleet Forces Command, Commander, Pacific Fleet, OPNAV, and other Navy subordinate BSOs for military manpower issues affecting the subordinate BSOs under NECC cognizance. You will be responsible for developing, analyzing, implementing and evaluating managerial policies to achieve an effective manpower utilization program. You will act as technical advisor on panels and study groups established to consider manpower reductions, reorganizations, relocations and collocations as they affect the staff and subordinate commands. You will present position papers and/or briefing charts on the impact of actions proposed while developing and overseeing reviews of military manpower studies and surveys. You will provide direction and coordination for the implementation of the m
