Management Analyst

Conduct comprehensive research analysis on data collection methods in order to research problem areas, determine sources, and assist in solutions for corrective measures. Coordinate with the Defense Health Agency (DHA), and other entities to continuously improve labor and non-labor data collection and reporting. Perform various problem-solving techniques within many areas such as work group dynamics and teams to better enhance performance and utilization management. Analyze a wide variety of subjects such as resource utilization, productivity, unit and total costs, work center outputs to investigate problem areas and/or develop background statistical and narrative information on DMHRSi outputs. Provide technical advice to various components of the Military Health Services (MHS) business area in the resolution of complex problems dealing with the interface of data collection methodologies and compatibility issues of various systems.
