Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist

Directs the development and maintenance of regulations and sub-regulatory guidance related to oversight of private health insurance. Directs the development of business processes and system requirements to support oversight of Exchange entities and/or stakeholders to ensure seamless system operations. Oversees the development of qualitative analyses and reports to support oversight of Exchange entities and/or stakeholders to inform program improvements and policy decisions that enhance consumer experience and strengthen operations. Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships governmental and non-governmental stakeholders.
