FINANCIAL MANAGER

You will implement and administer the comprehensive financial budgeting and accounting functions of the command. You will serve as the functional manager for overhead cost and be the primary contact for aspects that have financial implications of the command's strategic goals. You will ensure the financial operating program supports the command's overall management. You will provide top management with interpretations of regulations, laws and legal concepts in conjunction with the Shipyard Legal Council. You will provide oversight of the command’s government travel program ensuring mission support and compliance with applicable policy and regulations.
