COMMAND INSPECTOR

You will conduct inspections, evaluations, inquiries, and reviews of command programs, operations, and functional areas to assess compliance, efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to applicable policies, regulations, and procedures. You will plan and execute on-site visits, interviews, document reviews, and fact-finding efforts to evaluated operations, gather relevant information and identify potential risks, deficiencies, or areas for improvement. You will analyze complaints and allegations to =determine appropriate courses of action. You will prepare reports, memorandums, briefings, and other written products that clearly document findings, supporting analysis, recommendation and corrective actions. You will present findings and recommendations to command leadership, department heads, and program managers, and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
