Program Analyst

Major duties include but not limited to: Provide executive level, specialized, staffing support to the three primary planning bodies within the organization: Strategic Planning Committee, Space Committee, Planning Section of Facilities Management Service, which includes the Leasing program. Collaborate with multiple services and disciplines throughout the Bay Pines campus and the VISN Capital Asset Management Office (CAM) in developing programs, procedures, policies and effective planning and resource management. As the designated representative of the Corporate Facility Planner the incumbent works with key executive and leadership officials as well as VISN 8 staff to develop, operationalize and monitor the organizational wide Strategic Plan. This encompasses all facets of Strategic Planning activities that includes but is not limited to: - Application of the Baldrige criteria in the Healthcare Facility Strategic Planning - Organization and execution of the organization-wide Strategic
