Program Analyst

Deal with pressure and ambiguity while working to accomplish the mission objectives of the organization. Analyze and provide feedback on projected execution of project funds compared to actual obligations. Update cost share records in accordance with Federal Cost Share Agreements and provides periodic reports to Project Managers for coordination with non-federal sponsors. Develop spreadsheets, reports and databases for providing clear, easy to understand status reports regarding budgetary information Work with a diverse project delivery team adjusting approach of information provided (format, content collected, frequency of provision) to ensure successful execution of the organizational objectives. Consolidate financial data received from Project and Program Managers for input into spreadsheets. Prepare accurate budgetary financial data for budget development and justification Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for use in data and project justification on sheets.
