About the role
Serves as technical authority and subject matter expert (SME) concerning inquiring management processes and dissemination of up-to-date information on EB-5 adjudications, implementation of legislations and court rulings. Applies adjudication theories, concepts, and practices to meet legal and regulatory requirements were met at time of adjudication. Resolves customer and organizational issues including applying and interpreting advanced knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policies using USCIS systems and mailboxes. Issues withdrawal request acknowledgments adhering to he established process and works closely with appropriate offices to ensure all required notifications are sent. Assists in developing IPO related inquiry responses and updates/creates processes within the Inquiry Management Unit. Establishes effective working relationships and communicate orally and in writing with internal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customers and the public.
