MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will provide administrative support in areas pertaining to management and control of improving cost, scheduling, quality, safety, security, and training. You will conduct a variety of studies related to all the substantive programs, processes, and functions of the division. You will provide assistance in planning, coordinating and executing guidance and support Process Quality Training (PQT), Branch Heads, and Division Heads based on facts obtained through analytical studies, investigation and technical evaluations. You will perform precise data collection, identifying weakness in division/department processes, and provide accurate data for managers to formulate/recommend meaningful solutions. You will identify potential bottlenecks to minimize unwanted, detrimental, or negative effects on the division and division personnel.
