About the role
You will be responsible as the manager for the Divisions unmanned (UxS) and counter-unmanned (C-UxS) experimentation and advanced development efforts. You will provide supervisory oversight to employees that provide UxS/C-UxS Test and Evaluation technical services across NSWC Crane and the Department of Defense. You will be responsible for the branch's overall effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity and for the development/implementation of the branch's policies/procedures. You will develop schedules/milestones that support current and future infrastructure and plans for growth. You will design and implement programs that support the branch's mission requirements and formulates goals, plans and methods of evaluation.
