HR Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) (Program Manager)

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as an HR expert and senior HR advisor to management for recruitment and placement (R&P) and delegated examining programs; emerging initiatives, strategic workforce planning and evaluation, and establishing the long term HRM programs, goals, and objectives for the OSW and WHS. Serves as the agency's principal expert on Delegated Examining (DE) operations as the WHS-HRD DEU program manager. Adapts broad OPM and USW (P&R) directives, policies, and regulations for implementation.
