IT Project Manager

This position is being filled under Direct Hire Authority (DHA) in accordance with Section 1109 of FY 2020 NDAA; P.L. 116-92 and Section 9905 of Title 5, U.S.C. Typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as an IT Specialist and assists the ITD in leading the IT systems management by interpreting general guidelines, implementing the IT projects, applications operation and maintenance, software development, cloud migration, cloud services management and troubleshooting, cybersecurity policies implementation, business process changes, and developing enhancement plans and specifications for IT operational and management systems. Prepares Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for new and current supported software and system changes. Acts as a primary liaison between functional areas within FSD and DISA/cloud provider to support IT services, capture requirements, system maintenance, project management, design, system development, and resource planning.
