Supervisory Management Analyst (Chief of Staff)

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Supervising subordinates more than 25% of the time including, but not limited to, recruitment, selecting, appraising, rewarding, and addressing performance problems. Advises the SP Associate Deputy Administrator (ADA) and Executive Director (ED) on policy development, operational planning, and day-to-day management of program operations. Reviews and evaluates a broad range of policy and program management issues and concerns. Plans, implements, and coordinates a variety of special projects and studies of interest concerning all phases of program operations. Helps make and communicate critical policy and program management decisions and prepares narratives or reports summarizing findings and providing recommendations. Serves as a committee member involved in organizing and facilitating efforts of multiple task groups or teams focused on implementation of numerous major program initiatives.
