PROGRAM ANALYST

Coordinates with joint, interagency, and cross functional partners to synchronize capability development, resource planning, and policy efforts. Develops and delivers clear, senior level briefings, presentations, and training on capability, programmatic, and resource issues. Produces high quality written products—including reports, position papers, staff studies, and decision packages—to support leadership decision making. Provides expert capability analysis and validates requirements in accordance with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS). Cyber Capabilities Integration and Development System (CCIDS), ensuring alignment with mission needs and strategic guidance. Leads Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) analysis and defends the USCYBERCOM Commander’s program and budget submissions through direct engagement. Military Service components, Joint Staff, and the Office of the Secretary of War stakeholders.
