About the role

The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to serve as a work leader for an aircrew of flight services technicians when in-flight, and as such, to manage and oversee the employees and planned services. In addition, the incumbent administers, schedules, and conducts flight and ground training to develop, upgrade, and evaluate the skills off light services technicians; and performs aircrew flight services duties for the safety and comfort of passengers during aircraft operations. This position is responsible for the overall planning, coordinating and management of services during an assigned mission. DUTIES: DUTY 1: Functions as a lead over flight attendants during execution of in-flight missions and as such, as an extension of the Flight Services Technician supervisor.
