Aviation Resources Management Specialist

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Enlisted, to provide the full range of aviation management resources for the unit pertaining to assigned rated/ non-rated / career enlisted / non-career enlisted aircrew. Duties: Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management. Interprets and administer laws and regulations regarding entitlement incentive pay. Researches, validates, and interprets Air Force Instruction (AFI) Mission Design Series (MDS) specific medical andphysiological requirements and flying and ground training requirements Substantiates personnel listings, determines position status and performs a wide-range of administrative duties.
