About the role
You will oversee organizational personnel and government contractors for safety. You will advise leadership and supervisors in work hazard analysis, protective devices, environmental issues, system safety regulations, indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, occupational health, and technical and administrative safety matters. You will develop and implement policies and establish safety plans and procedures. You will coordinate safety activities with related operations including vision and hearing conservation programs, blood-borne pathogens exposure control plans, respiratory protection, and fire protection. You will promote and enforce various safety program elements such as training compliance, transportation safety, and electrical safety.
