Facilities Administrative Specialist

Manage the budgetary, fiscal, and material management systems to support the Facilities Management Department. Supervise and coordinate all purchases of supply and equipment using the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) or LOGICOLE system. Assist Departmental Leadership with recruitment classification and other civilian personnel actions. Maintain the department’s inventory of microcomputer equipment, software, and supplies. Provide advice, counsel, or instruction to individuals concerning work and administrative matters while preparing schedules for completion of work; making work assignments based on priorities.
