PROGRAM MANAGER

You will regularly develop and manage highly complex strategic effects in support of sensitive operations, actions, and activities (SOAA). You will develop and lead cross-functional, multi-discipline integrated planning teams consisting of a diverse civilian and military team from multiple organizations in order to provide refined concepts and solutions. You will regularly, review and conduct feasibility assessments of highly classified programs, and works with operational units to source solutions to maritime operational requirements. You will serve as a recognized authority on the analysis and evaluation of highly classified compartmented programs and issues when provided only broad, general administrative or policy direction. You will determine objectives that need additional emphasis; plan and assign work to be accomplished by subordinates based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of subordinates.
