SUPERVISORY ASSESSMENTS CHIEF

Provides cognizance over all directorate activities to assure necessary integration, coordination, and administration for all assessments and exercise coordination. Advises leadership on joint training systems to develop training programs, assess training based on mission essential tasks, and document readiness reporting. Publishes an annual training plan that documents the strategy to assess the agency’s ability to meet assigned tasks and leads training objective development. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities by directing, coordinating, and overseeing work through subordinate supervisors and advising staff. Represents the organization to high-level officials, establishes effective working relationships, and meets with key customers to obtain feedback and resolve issues.
