Program and Management Analyst

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides support for property/financial/HR management, purchasing and logistics coordination, contract review, budget planning, program analysis, and other administrative policies and services. Assists with researching, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, organization, methods, and procedures of administrative program operations. Coordinates with program staff to assist with compiling material and planning for annual high-level Commission meetings including the proposed annual budget and work plan. Retrieves, aggregates and correlates development data to assess the current state of the workforce’s development against emerging, anticipated or future requirements. Provides a wide range of advisory services for employees, hiring managers and leadership. May work collaboratively and diplomatically with foreign government partners as well as program stakeholders in the private and public sectors, to advocate and advance US
