About the role
As a Supervisory Health Physicist you will: Serve as the Director, Division of Compensation Analysis and Support (DCAS), CDC, NIOSH Oversee and evaluate the quality, timeliness, and technical accuracy of work performed by staff, ensuring that analyses, reports, and conclusions are evidence-based and meet regulatory and organizational standards. Exercise full supervisory and personnel management responsibilities, including assigning work, evaluating performance, resolving employee issues, approving resources, and supporting staff development and training. Develop and implement program strategies, policies, and procedures, providing executive leadership and technical direction for complex health science programs and resource planning activities. Represent the Division and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including federal agencies and advisory boards, to build partnerships, address issues, and ensure effective program delivery and compliance.
