About the role
As a/an IT Project Manager, you will perform the following duties: Provide overall planning, coordination, and direction in the establishment and accomplishment of project goals. Perform all normal oversight functions for the division such as planning the overall project, developing and executing the project budget, completing require governance, security reviews, and reporting, reviewing and monitoring work assignments, coordinating activities with management and technical staff and reporting progress to senior-level management, coordinating resolution to problems, and assessing project performance. Project planning/implementation/deployment on the basis of long-range Information Technology (IT) and CDC operational objectives, analysis of information gathered from research conducted by the contractor staff under the direction of the Project Manager, evaluation of historical perspectives and a current knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and technological advances, advises CDC
