SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Serves as Chief, Organizational Management, Site Support Office (SSO) with responsibility for all related division activities. Site-level activities include but not limited to provides advice and assistance to the Site Director on matters related to recruitment, selection, and employee retention. Serves as liaison with key HR staff to ensure understanding of current policy and procedures and provides information/briefings to the Site Director. Processes requests for personnel actions and employee incentive awards for Site Operations. Responsibilities encompass financial and resource management, plans and directs financial and resource management operations (budget, manpower, and contracts).
