About the role
Serves as a technical authority and senior project leader for network interfaces in installing, maintaining, modifying, and testing operating systems and/or all associated network software products for Mid-Tier platforms. Manages complex troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with cross-functional IT teams and vendors to resolve the critical issues quickly and effectively. Evaluates new and emerging technologies to enhance monitoring capabilities. Prepares testing and implementation plans. Establishes test criteria and data for network operations to ensure all program modules and outputs for assigned projects are tested for completeness and accuracy. Mentors and trains less experiences network and system monitoring and cybersecurity personnel.
