SECURITY ASSISTANT (OA)

Provides assistance with administering traditional security programs AT/FP and performs as a member of the Emergency Management Team. Assists with ensuring compliance with established DoD, DISA and USAF Security and force protection policies, practices, procedures, and techniques for the command. Assists with implementation of local policies and procedures for the protection of personnel, protection of national security information (NSI), national defense and other sensitive information originated or controlled by the command. Conducts random inspections of individuals and property entering or existing DISA Global. To ensure personnel, material and property are protected against injury, loss, destruction, compromise, or sabotage. Reviews correspondence for compliance with agency correspondence directives
