IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT/INFOSEC)

Performs key strategic analyses to identify and achieve the objectives in DISA's Strategic Guidance and to ensure efforts are properly aligned to best support USNORTHCOM's mission and strategic objectives. Develops cyberspace plans, strategies, and policy to support and align with organizational cyberspace missions and initiatives. The incumbent works in partnership to support the execution of USNORTHCOM's missions, program operations and requirements while promoting DISA technology integration. The incumbent is responsible for providing consistent quality customer service and ensuring successful project execution and mission partner satisfaction with the products/services delivered in a consistent, predictable, and excellent manner. Incumbent proactively serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of customer contact for IT services, and capabilities.
